*The provisions of the Commons Act 1876 require that one evening session be held to hear objections to the section 194 application.  The date for this evening session was arranged for Wednesday 18th May 2005 (Week 4).

WHINASH WINDFARM PUBLIC INQUIRY

GENERAL NOTES (as originally issued)

Note 1
Those intending to speak at the inquiry are asked to attend (or be represented) at 2.00 pm at the pre-inquiry meeting on Monday 29 November 2004 at Kendal Town Hall, when the Inspector will advise those concerned on the purpose and scope of the inquiry and of procedure and programme.

Note 2       
Please note, however, that it will remain the responsibility of all participants to keep themselves informed of the progress of the inquiry as the timetable can be subject to unavoidable changes.

Note 3
If you wish you may submit written evidence by way of addition to, or clarification of, your original submission which will be copied to the Inspector. It would be helpful if such evidence could be sent 14 days prior to the opening of the inquiry.
