Whinash Windfarm Inquiry - Library

A Library was established at the Inquiry Venue.  It contained all Inquiry documentation.  The Library was open before, during and after all Inquiry sitting sessions and on Mondays of sitting weeks (from about 3.00pm).

Access to the Library during the non-sitting weeks beginning 2 May and 30 May was available by borrowing the key to the Library ("The Trout Room") from the hotel reception.
