(When the programming of appearances at the Inquiry has been sorted out, this page will initially contain an Outline Inquiry Programme.  Please note, however, that Inquiry programmes are subject to change at short notice.

Anyone wishing to speak or be represented at the Inquiry should complete the Public Inquiry Programming Form.  It may be submitted online - see "Quick Link" below - or downloaded in Word format, completed and returned as hard copy to the Programme Officer.  Before completing, please read the General Notes below.

GENERAL NOTES

Note 1
Those intending to speak at the Inquiry are asked to attend (or be represented) at 10.00 am on the opening day when, after formally opening the proceedings, the Inspector will indicate the procedure for recording the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all those who wish to give evidence.  This information will be used by the Programme Officer as a means of keeping in touch with anyone who may be unable to attend every day and advise those concerned when their evidence is likely to be heard.

Note 2
Please note, however, that it will remain the responsibility of all interested parties to keep themselves
informed of the progress of the Inquiries as the indicated timetable can be subject to unavoidable changes.  The name of the Programme Officer and the telephone numbers at which she can be contacted are given below.

Note 3
The arrangements for submitting proofs of evidence and/or summaries of evidence by those who intend to appear or be represented at the
Inquiries will be confirmed at the Pre-Inquiries Meeting to be held at Charlton Athletic Football Club, The Valley, Floyd Road, Charlton, London, SE7 8BL, on Monday 4 April 2005 at 1pm. Copies of The Notes of the Meeting will be available from the Programme Officer.
