Halton Borough Council's Planning applications and orders relating to a new bridge, listed building consent, alterations to existing highways, compulsory purchase of land and road user charging,
are the subject of a joint Public Inquiry.
The Inquiry began at 10:00am on Tuesday 19 May at Stobart
Stadium Halton, Lowerhouse Lane, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 7DZ
28/07/2009: The Inspector closed the Inquiry into the River
Mersey (Mersey Gateway Bridge) order 200[] and the application under
section 19 (1)(a) of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981.
25/06/2009: The Inspector closed the Inquiries into:-
- Planning Applications 08/00200/FULEIA and 08/00201/FULEIA
- Listed Building Consent Application 08/00211/HBCLBC
- The Halton Borough Council (A533 Queensway) Side Roads Order 2008
- The Halton Borough Council (A533 Central Expressway) Side Roads Order 2008
- The Halton Borough Council (Mersey Gateway - Queensway) Compulsory Purchase Order 2008
- The Halton Borough Council (Mersey Gateway - Central Expressway) Compulsory Purchase Order 2008
- The A533 (Silver Jubilee Bridge) Road User Charging Scheme Order 2008
And adjourned the Inquiry until 10.00am on Tuesday, 28 July 2009 into -
- The River Mersey (Mersey Gateway Bridge) Order 200[ ]
