Humberhead Levels Windfarms Inquiry
(Keadby and Tween Bridge) - Pre-Inquiry Meeting

The purpose of a Pre-Inquiry Meeting (PIM) is to help the Inspector and all parties concerned with a Public Inquiry to prepare for the Inquiry itself, so as to enable the proceedings to be conducted as efficiently and speedily as possible.  No discussion of the merits or otherwise of the proposals is permitted at a PIM.  It is not the function of a PIM to consider matters, including evidence, which should appropriately be discussed at the Public Inquiry.

The Pre-Inquiry Meeting for this Inquiry was held at the Vikings Hotel, Western Road, Goole, DN14 6RG on Monday, 25th September 2007.  It began at 2.00pm.

A copy of the Agenda for the Pre-Inquiry Meeting may be viewed here.

A complete copy of the NOTES OF THE PRE-INQUIRY MEETING (including Annexes) may be viewed here          (Note this file is over 2.75Mb in size)

It may be easier for dial-up users to view the file in two parts.  Use the links below.

A copy of the Note without Annex B or C may be viewed here

A copy of the Annexes B and C only may be viewed here

If you were unable to attend the Pre-Inquiry Meeting, please note that this does not preclude you participating at the Public Inquiry due to start at 10.30 am on 9th January 2007 in the Vikings Hotel.  However, it would be helpful to know who wishes to appear at the Public Inquiry, whether they intend to speak in person and/or to call witnesses and, if so, how many and on what matters.  If you intend appearing, I should be grateful if you would complete and return the programming form sent by the DTi (a copy is also available to be printed from this Inquiry website (click here)).  Thank you to those who have already returned their form.
