Note
1
Those intending to speak at the inquiry are asked to attend (or be
represented) at 2.00 pm at the pre-inquiry meeting on Monday
25 September 2006, when the Inspector will indicate the procedure for
recording the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all who wish to
give evidence. This information will be used by the Programme Officer as a
means of keeping in touch with any objector who may be unable to attend
every day of the inquiry and to advise those concerned when their evidence
is likely to be heard.
Note

Please
note, however, that it will remain the responsibility of all participants to keep themselves informed of the progress of the inquiry as the
indicated timetable can be subject to unavoidable changes.
Note
3
If you wish you may submit written evidence by way of addition to,
