IMPORTANT DATES FOR THE DIARY

24th October 2006

Latest date for Statements of Case from Rule 6 parties to be received by Programme Officer (two paper copies and electronically) and also circulated by the Rule 6 parties to each other.

12th December 2006

Latest date for submission to the Programme Officer by all those appearing at the Inquiry of their Proof of Evidence, Summary Proof of Evidence (only required if Proof of Evidence is longer than about 1500 words) and of any Appendices to the Proof (two paper copies required and also sent electronically by email, if possible).  Each Rule 6 party also to circulate their Proofs etc. to the other Rule 6 parties.

Note also that by 7th December 2006, any representations in relation to the further Environmental Information published on 25th October 2006 by Renewable Energy Systems must be submitted in writing to the Programme Officer - click here for further information.
