PROGRAMMING FORM

For those who wish to appear at the Inquiry they need to complete a programming form. This asks for an indication as to whether you wish to appear in relation to the Planning Application, the Compulsory Purchase Order, or the Stopping-up Order and for information about any professional representation, contact details and an estimate of likely time your case might take.

This will be essential for the preparation of a programme for the Inquiry. It would be helpful if these forms could be completed and returned before 26 July 2007.

Objectors intending to appear should provide a Statement of Case by 26 July 2007 (paragraph 26 of the Pre-Inquiry Notes).

Proofs of Evidence are required by 21 August 2007 (see paragraph 27 of the Pre-Inquiry Notes).
