6 March 2007: Decision Issued

The Secretary of State's decision was announced today in a letter from the Government Office for London.  Click here to read a copy.  This followed the Secretary of State's consideration of the Inspector's Report, which may be viewed here.  (Please note that the Inspector' Report file is some 4.4MB in size and may take a little time to load.)

11 August 2006: Inquiry Closed

The Inspector has closed the Inquiry by letter sent to all those with outstanding objections.  A copy of the letter may be viewed here.

30 June 2006: Public Sessions Closed

The public sessions of the Inquiry have been closed.  The Inspector is to be notified of the outcome of negotiations with certain objectors before formal Closure of the Inquiry.  The Closing Submissions on behalf of the London Borough of Croydon may be viewed here. 

7 June 2006: Inquiry Adjourned

The Inquiry has been adjourned until 10.00am on Tuesday, 27 June 2006.

6 June 2006: Resumed Inquiry

The Inquiry was resumed.
