The DfT have announced that the Secretaries of State have appointed Mr Brendan Lyons BArch MA MRTPI IHBC as Assistant Inspector to assist Mr Millns on heritage, conservation and related matters. See DfT letter here.

The Inspector has issued several questions of clarification following his initial read of the Councils Proofs of Evidence. Once responses are available these will also be uploaded. The Inspectors Questions can be viewed ‘here’.

Thursday 29th March 2012:

The Order Applicant has published its first ‘Fact Sheet’ which details updates and changes made since the Transport and Works Act Order was published. The fact sheet has been given the Inquiry No AM/1 and can be viewed here. The Programme Officer will be notifying all the interested parties about the availability of this document.
