DECISION ANNOUNCED: SEE NEWS

The Secretary of State for Transport has called a Public Inquiry into the application by London Underground Limited (LUL) for:-

i)	A Transport and Works Act Order entitled "Proposed London Underground (Victoria Station Upgrade) Order" and,
ii)	A Direction as to deemed planning permission for he development for which provision is included in the TWA Order.

The Public Inquiry opened on Tuesday 28th October 2008 at Central Hall, Storey's Gate, Westminster, London SW1H 9NH.
