Inquiry Programme - as occurred
On the nomination of the Planning Inspectorate, Mr Colin Tyrrell MA(Oxon) CEng MICE FIHT was appointed as the independent Inspector by the Secretaries of State for Communities and Local Government and for Transport to hold the Public Inquiry into the Highways Agency's proposals to improve the A23 Trunk Road between Handcross and Warninglid in West Sussex.
